6月18日 或之前 | 上午9:00 至 下午4:00 | 交回「小一候補生申請表」到本校校務處 | 1. 填妥本校申請表，連同下列文件按以下要求順序釘妥（所有副本請用A4紙） (i)本校申請表 (ii)小一註冊證副本 (iii)小一選擇學校表格副本（綠色存根） (iv)高班成績表副本 (v) 個人資料冊，以簡潔為主（如適用） (vi)帶備近照一張 2. 帶備回郵信封一個 （信封面寫上地址及學生姓名，並貼上寄本港$2郵票或寄內地$8郵票）﹔ 3. 於指定日期將申請表及有關文件親自交回本校校務處 4. 逾期交表者或資料不齊者將不作考慮 5. 所有遞交之文件及資料，只供是次報名之用，文件將不獲發還，並於公布結果後銷毀 |
6月25日 | 個別通知 | 面試 | 1. 本校將致電予獲面試機會申請者﹔其他申請者作落選論，本校不會作另行通知 2. 面試以個人形式進行 |

Notice to Applicants of Alternate Primary One Places 2022-2023

On or before 18th June 2022 | 9:00am to 4:00pm | Return the “Primary One Alternate Student Application Form” to the General Office | 1. Complete our school application form, with the required documents below, staple the document together in the following order (Please use A4 paper for all copies) (i) Our school application form. (ii) A copy of the Primary One Registration Form. (iii) A copy of the form of choice of schools (the green stub). (iv) A copy of the school report of Kindergarten 3. (v) Personal information, should be simply and precise.（if applicable） (vi) Bring a recent passport photo. 2. Bring a return envelope, (Put the student’s name and address on the envelope, and adhere a HK$2 stamp for local mail, or a HK$8 stamp for mailing to mainland 3. Submit the application form and relevant documents to the school’s General Office in person on the appointed date. 4. Overdue and incomplete information will not be considered. 5. All documents and information are for this registration only. The documents will not be returned and will be destroyed after the announcement of the result. |
