Cancel All After-School Activities and Tutorial Classes on 13th and 14th November 2019

Notice no. 54 :
Concerning the latest unexpected situation of the Hong Kong Community, and the traffic condition, may affect students when traveling to and from home and school. Considering the safety of students, our school decided to cancel all after-school activities, and tutorial classes, on 13th and 14th November 2019, and all students will be dismissed at 3:30pm. Our school will keep open, and teachers will accompany students who stay behind, between 3:30pm and 5:00pm. For the safety of students, our school encourages parents to pick up their children. (Including escorted team students.)
If students are not able to come to school due to traffic problems, parents can call the school office to apply for a special leave. Our school will exercise flexibility in dealing with the situations, and will not count the incident as lateness.
Our school would like to remind students and parents to pay attention to traffic news and relevant announcements before leaving home. Please, also be reminded to pay special attention to the latest announcements on eClass, and the school website.
